Talented Introverts:

Get paid what you're worth!

What's A Talented Introvert?

You're above average at most things you do — Talented.

But social tension makes you uncomfortable — Introvert.

For Talented Introverts, it can be hard to:

  • Get leadership to value your ideas.

  • Ask for what you want directly.

  • Set boundaries and say No.

  • Negotiate higher salaries.

And without those abilities, you may experience excessive fatigue:

  • Taking on the work of multiple people with no recognition for it.

  • Leadership teams that don't care about your job satisfaction.

  • Doubting your own value and competence.

I've been exactly where you are, and I've learned what we need to do in those situations. With personal strategies and scripts, I've helped 80+ talented introverts gain the ability to:

  • Persuade their leadership teams.

  • Set up the promotions they deserve.

  • Secure raises to get paid what they're worth.

I've also learned these hard lessons:

Delayed action leads to greater stress.

Greater stress makes your actions less effective.

The sooner you act, no matter how hard it is, the faster you get relief.

Some of my professional stats:

  • 80+ satisfied clients.

  • +953% average return on investment.

  • 5-Star ratings on LinkedIn and Google Business.

Who This Is For

You asked for a pay raise,
but barely got the words out.

Ready

You looked up what your role pays. You picked a number. You practiced the sentence.

In the room

Your boss goes quiet. Four seconds pass. You start negotiating against yourself.

You knew the number, but your body couldn't hold the moment.

The Pattern

Everyone tries to stay calm.
That's where they go wrong.

What you rehearsed

  • A number, backed by three salary sources
  • Your wins, listed, no apologies
  • Ask, then stop talking
  • Hold the number when your boss pushes back

What came out

  • You said your number, then talked it down yourself
  • Your voice went up at the end. The number sounded like a question.
  • Four seconds of quiet. You filled them.
  • You left with your boss's number
What Changes

I've been exactly where you are.

I was a homeschooled introvert who was scared to ask for things. After a job that made me physically ill from stress, I decided to learn how to advocate for myself.

So I got a master's in Neuroscience. I studied positive psychology and negotiation. I built a framework I call Empathic Influence, for people who don't want to be aggressive, fake, or loud.

The words were never my problem. I had the words at 25, shaking in front of 50 parents, losing my thread mid-sentence. What changed was learning to stay in my own body long enough to finish a sentence.

I've coached 100+ people since 2018. One of the first was offered a raise, asked for more, and walked out with $35k and a four-day week. That's 3.5x what they put on the table.

What clients can do afterward:

  • Say your number once, at full size
  • Sit through the quiet without filling it
  • Take a no without folding or arguing
  • Set up the promotion months before you ask
  • Sound like yourself the whole time

Hard-Won Insight

3 lessons I learned the hard way

01

Delayed action leads to greater stress.

Waiting for the right moment to have a hard conversation only makes it harder. The discomfort compounds while the opportunity shrinks.

02

Greater stress makes your actions less effective.

When you're anxious, your negotiation is anxious. Your ask comes out hedged or apologetic. The result reflects the state you were in.

03

The sooner you act, no matter how hard it is, the faster you get relief.

Action, even imperfect action, breaks the loop. One conversation can unlock what months of waiting couldn't.

Meet Your Coach

Dave Wolovsky

I was home schooled until 13 years old. Always a quiet, empathic introvert. Overly sensitive to others' discomfort.

I was scared to ask for things. Waited for others to offer. Waited and waited.

After a horrible job experience…

  • Strangled by my own anxiety.
  • Desperate to impress my bosses.
  • "Stuck it out" until I got physically ill.

I realized I needed to grow as a person. To ask for what I needed. To persuade with empathy. To negotiate without conflict.

I dove deep into understanding people:

  • Neuroscience (got a master's in it)
  • Positive psychology (a certification)
  • Negotiation (books, courses, teaching)

An early client got a $35k raise, 3.5x his first offer, while cutting back to a 4-day workweek.

I created "Empathic Influence & Negotiation" — applied to salary negotiations, job interviews, networking. Then I created the "Mindful Sprint" process.

This kind of personal growth creates:
  • Better job opportunities.
  • Higher compensation.
  • Stronger boundaries.
Without creating:
  • Confrontational situations.
  • Resentful relationships.
  • Suffocating stress.
You ARE getting a partner to help you:
  • Shine a floodlight on your value.
  • Stay yourself the whole way through.
  • Meet you where you're at.
